Processing Time

Orders ship within 24–48 working hours.

Delivery Time (India)

Typically 5–8 working days, depending on location and logistics conditions.

In rare cases (remote areas / holidays / weather disruptions), delivery may take longer.

Some regions (including parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India) may take up to 10 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, write to us.

Delivery Marked but Not Received?

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Check with family members, neighbours or security.
• Inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will investigate with the courier partner. Genuine cases will be resolved appropriately.

After 48 hours, it becomes difficult to escalate with courier services.
