Refund policy

We want you to love your merch. If something’s off, here’s how we fix it:

Exchange Window

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery (including delivery day).

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Size issues
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect

We offer:

  • Free size exchange
  • Exchange for the correct product (same value)
  • Reverse pickup arranged by us

If the new product costs more, you’ll only need to pay the difference.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Properly folded and packed for pickup

If these conditions aren’t met, we won’t be able to process the exchange.


Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective product delivery.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at merchmasala1@gmail.com
  • Include order details
  • Attach clear photos of the defect

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

In rare cases where a return is approved despite no defect or delivery issue, ₹100 may be deducted to cover reverse logistics.

Please note:

  • Slight colour variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Products purchased during sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refund.
  • Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Exchange/Return requests are processed only once per order.

We reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet policy guidelines.
